The Parramatta Eels and City of Parramatta have partnered to recognise an exceptional female from the community with a scholarship, valued at more than $30,000 with support from Western Sydney University, designed to help them reach their full potential. 

We’re looking for women who demonstrate leadership qualities and aspire to leadership roles, have a track record of hard work and resilience and can be true game changers for our community. 

The recipient will demonstrate the potential to make or have made an outstanding contribution to the region – for example, a community organisation, through sport, as a volunteer through a community project such as grassroots or charity organisations, or be an innovator in business, technology, education, science, arts or other industry.

Each question response must be 300 words or less: 

1. What are you most proud of having achieved in or for your community? Provide an example of how you have shown leadership in your community. 
2. What are your key aspirations for the local area and how do you think they can best be achieved? 
3. If successful, how would you use the scholarship funds and how would it help you achieve your goals? 
4. If successful, how would you share what you learn with others in the community? Demonstrate how the scholarship would be used to achieve your community goals.
